Privacy Policy
Our privacy policy and how we use your data
Last updated: August 30, 2026
What we collect
Contact details you submit through the contact form or booking flow — your name, email address, and the content of your message. If you become a client, we additionally hold the account details needed to run your portal workspace (name, email, sign-in records) and billing records for your engagement.
Operating the site and portal also produces standard technical logs: IP addresses, request timestamps, and error diagnostics. We do not run advertising trackers.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver engagements, operate the client portal, and send invoices. We only process what those purposes require, and we do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
Third parties & processors
A small set of providers process data on our behalf: hosting and database infrastructure for the site and portal, Cal.com for call scheduling when the booking embed is enabled, an email delivery provider for transactional messages, and Stripe for invoicing and payments. Each processes data under its own agreement and only as needed to provide its service.
Data retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Engagement records are kept for the duration of the client relationship, and billing records for as long as tax law requires. Portal accounts are removed when a client relationship ends and removal is requested.
Your rights
You can ask what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted where no legal obligation requires us to keep it. Send requests through the contact form on this site; we respond within 30 days. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
